Despite the sad experience from past relationship, Cacai found the courage to love again. Apparently, Philippine Entertainment Portal revealed that the comedienne confirmed her dating rumors with Bryan del Rosario, a boy band member and a former Mr. Pastillas contestant, on her Twitter account.
