Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez was recently crowned as the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 held at Bolivia. Many people congratulated her because she was the first Filipino participant and winner of the international pageant. Even though her father, Joey Marquez, never wanted her to be a beauty queen, her mother, Alma Moreno, was really proud of Winwyn. In an interview with GMA7’s longtime-running morning show “Unang Hirit,” Alma shared how tensed she felt when Wyn got included in the Top 5. She expressed how she cried when only two beautiful contestants remained on the stage.
