Joel Cruz is a world-renowned entrepreneur, having founded the Aficiano perfumes. He is a father to three sets of twins and they were conceived through the process of in vitro fertilization. Apparently, he had two Russian surrogate mothers to carry his children. In an episode of “Sarap Diva,” he revealed how much he spent to have his children born. It was too pricey since a person has to pay PHP 6,000,000 per program.
